A | 京津冀联合发布7项共建计量技术规范区域性计量技术规范累计达49项日报讯（记者马彦铭）8月5日，京津冀三地市场监管区域协作会议在张家口召开。会上，三地市场监管部门联合发布7项共建计量技术规范，覆盖生物医药、医疗卫生、产业协同、生态环保及民生保障等多个关键领域，其中2项规范填补国内相关领域空白。 Rashmika Mandanna is currently promoting her movie The Girlfriend in and around India. B | 这是自2017年启动计量技术规范共建机制以来，三地集中发布的第十批区域性技术文件。至此，三地累计发布的京津冀共建计量技术规范达49项，有效形成跨区域计量技术协同的“京津冀样本”，其工作模式已在华北、长三角等地区推广应用。本次发布的计量技术规范，在生物医药与医疗卫生领域，《胎心模拟仪校准规范》为全国首个胎心模拟仪器类校准规范，填补了母婴诊疗设备量值溯源空白。《医用温度报警器在线校准规范》与《澄清度测定仪校准规范》匹配药典要求，为保障药品存储安全与药品检测合规提供了重要技术依据。
C | 在产业协同与生态环保领域，《垂直轴偏差测量仪校准规范》统一包装容器测量标准，消除了跨区域检测误差，为食品、药品、化妆品等产业一体化发展赋能。
D | 《化学发光定氮仪校准规范》完善总氮检测量值溯源链条，支撑区域环境监测与科研单位生产和研究。
E | 在民生保障与安全监管领域，《氧化性固体试验仪校准规范》创新质量变化速率测算方法，攻克燃烧速率校准难题，填补国内相关领域空白，为海关、化工、民航危险品安全监管提供技术支撑。《电子温压转换膜式燃气表检定规程》强化计量数据精准与安全，保障居民燃气计量公平公正。另外，三地市场监管部门还将建设京津冀特种设备技术专家库，充分发挥专家在标准政策制定、科研课题攻关、突发事件处置、安全风险研判、检验检测支撑及疑难技术问题解决等方面的智力支撑作用，提升区域特种设备安全治理能力与水平。
